Optimising Project Outcomes in Your Organizational ZooArthur Shelley Director, Intelligent Answers Pty LtdTwo day workshop - July 7 - 8, 2009This interactive and enjoyable learning event introduces your team to an array of innovative tools and templates to enhance project outcomes. Animal metaphor behavioural profiles and a range of other tools are applied in the workshop to stimulate innovation and productivity. The experiences from the workshop will enable participants to read people better, understand how to influence them, build better relationships and leverage diversity of the group. The workshop participants work through their own project applying different activities to build a more robust and comprehensive understanding of influencing factors. This develops greater support for their project through the engagement and approval stages and helps to transfer ownership to ensure benefits continue to flow beyond implementation. The behavioural profiles help people to work together more effectively and ensure your team members are in the most appropriate roles to shine. They can also be useful for the selection and development of the right “characters” for team roles, business partners and matching relationship partners with key stakeholders.
