A workshop aimed at Project Management Professionals. This workshop will outline fundamental best practices and principles that project managers can use to succeed in delivering projects. It will focus on the best practices from the nine Knowledge Areas of PMBOK. Furthermore, it will examine lessons and best practices from past successful and not so successful projects.

• Understand the best practices from the PMBOK project management framework, including the five processes groups and nine knowledge areas

Activities and Materials

• To help assimilate the tools and techniques learned, the workshop activities include an interactive lecture, team exercise sessions evaluating project case studies and group brainstorming.
