Arthur has over 20 years experience in professional roles and managing international projects, which have provided unique insights into what motivates people to collaborate. In his former role as the Global Knowledge Director at Cadbury Schweppes, he initiated and facilitated virtual global communities to leverage project knowledge sharing and increase productivity. He developed a keen interest in human behaviour and how to successfully implement change through large projects. His observations on people and behaviour have been captured in his first book, The Organizational Zoo, A Survival Guide to Workplace Behaviour. In his second book Being a Successful Knowledge Leader, he explores how projects are a key instrument of change and what capabilities a leader requires to successfully make a sustainable difference.

An engaging and entertaining speaker and experienced facilitator, Arthur enjoys working with groups to leverage diversity, generate productive interactions and lead change. He is a regular speaker at international conferences and is currently completing a PhD on Behavioral impacts on Project Outcomes at RMIT University’s School of Property, Construction and Project Management. He is course coordinator for the Knowledge Management subject for RMIT University’s MBA program, a postgraduate student mentor and also teaches Entrepreneurship in the Graduate School of Business.
